Who is responsible

The operator named in our Legal notice, info@zerotilt.ch. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Website: our host Infomaniak (Switzerland) processes technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access in server logs to run the website securely. We use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
• Fonts: this website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google servers, which may transfer your IP address to Google.
• Purchase: payments and customer accounts are handled by Whop. We receive your name, email, purchase details and the TradingView username you enter, to grant you access. We never receive your full payment card data.
• TradingView: to unlock the invite-only indicator we enter your TradingView username in TradingView's access list.
• Email and social media: if you contact us, we use your message and contact details to reply.

Why we process data

To provide the product, grant and manage access, handle payments and support, comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting records) and protect against misuse such as account sharing.

Third parties and transfers abroad

We use Infomaniak (Switzerland), Whop (USA), TradingView (USA/UK) and Google (USA). Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland and the EU. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep data

As long as needed for the purposes above, and for accounting records as long as the law requires (in Switzerland generally 10 years).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing, by emailing info@zerotilt.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local data protection authority.
